Supplier Code of Conduct
The standards Axisonic expects of its suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors — and the commitments Axisonic makes in return.
Scope
This Supplier Code of Conduct applies to every supplier, contractor, and subcontractor engaged by Reyman Pty Ltd (ABN 68 649 031 649), including individuals and organisations that access customer or government information on our behalf. It is a condition of engagement: suppliers are expected to comply with this Code and to acknowledge it where required under their written agreement.
Axisonic operates as a prime contractor under a managed delivery model — see our subcontractor and supply chain governance framework. This Code is the standard we apply when assessing and governing the specialist partners we engage.
1. Ethical Conduct
Suppliers must deal with Axisonic, its customers, and government agencies honestly and with integrity. Business practices must be transparent: no misrepresentation, false documentation, or concealment of information relevant to the engagement.
2. Anti-Bribery and Corruption
Suppliers must not offer, give, solicit, or accept bribes, kickbacks, or any improper payment — directly or indirectly — in connection with Axisonic's business. This includes dealings with government officials and with private parties, and compliance with applicable anti-corruption law, including the foreign bribery offences in the Criminal Code Act 1995 (Cth) where they apply.
3. Conflicts of Interest
Suppliers must disclose any actual or potential conflict of interest as soon as they become aware of it — for example, an interest in a customer, competitor, or government decision-maker that could influence the supplier's objectivity. Conflicts must not be concealed or managed unilaterally.
4. Gifts and Hospitality
Gifts and hospitality must be modest, transparent, and consistent with ordinary business courtesy. Suppliers must never offer gifts or hospitality intended to influence a decision, and must observe any stricter limits imposed by government agencies or Axisonic's customer contracts. Where required by the engagement, gifts and hospitality must be recorded and disclosed.
5. Confidentiality
Suppliers must protect customer and government information. Confidential information may only be used for the purposes of the engagement, must not be disclosed without authorisation, and must be returned or destroyed when no longer required, consistent with the applicable agreement.
6. Privacy
Suppliers must comply with all applicable privacy obligations, including the Australian Privacy Principles where the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) applies. Personal information must be handled only as instructed by Axisonic or its customer, protected from misuse and unauthorised access, and never used for the supplier's own purposes.
7. Cybersecurity
Suppliers must apply reasonable security practices to the systems and information they handle on behalf of Axisonic, including access controls, malware protection, and secure handling of credentials. Suspected or actual security incidents must be reported to Axisonic without delay so they can be assessed under our incident response process.
8. Workplace Rights
Suppliers must treat their workers fairly and lawfully: fair employment conditions, no harassment, no discrimination, and respect for worker rights under applicable employment and industrial relations law.
9. Work Health and Safety (WHS)
Suppliers must maintain safe work practices and comply with applicable work health and safety laws. Hazards and incidents must be reported and managed, and suppliers must cooperate with Axisonic and its customers on shared workplace safety obligations.
10. Human Rights
Suppliers must respect human rights in their operations and supply chains. Forced labour, child labour, and exploitative practices are strictly prohibited.
11. Modern Slavery
Suppliers must remain vigilant against modern slavery in their own operations and supply chains, take reasonable steps to identify and address risks, and comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth) and any reporting obligations that apply to them.
READ THE MODERN SLAVERY & ETHICAL SOURCING POLICY12. Environmental Responsibility
Suppliers are encouraged to operate in an environmentally responsible manner and must comply with applicable environmental laws in the delivery of their services.
13. Reporting Breaches
Suspected breaches of this Code should be reported to Axisonic by emailing hello@axisonic.com or, for matters involving personal information, privacy@axisonic.com. Reports are treated confidentially, investigated promptly, and handled without retaliation against the person reporting in good faith.
Non-compliance with this Code may result in corrective action, suspension, or termination of the supplier's engagement, and may be reported to the affected customer or agency where the engagement requires it.
